Other information:
- Tourist tax € 3.00 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) to be paid directly at the hotel.
- Exempt children up to 12 years (not completed), stay for medical reasons and carers or guests of the EUI.
Room information
The prices of our rooms are expressed in Euros and are per room per day with continental breakfast included (following the Covid BOX BREAKFAST protocol).
The room cannot be occupied by a number of people, including infants, greater than that indicated at the time of booking.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the room and in the remaining rooms of the hotel and to throw butts from windows and balconies.
It should be noted that the following services are included in the price:
- Daily cleaning of the rooms
- Change of bed linen every 3 days
- Change of linen / bath towels every day
- Unattended outdoor car park (by reservation)
- Wifi connection
The local tourist tax will be added to the indicated prices according to the rate in force at the time of the stay and as defined by a specific municipal provision. The tourist tax is paid upon departure.
Arrivals and departures
Hours for hotel guests:
- check-in from 14:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival
- check-out from 07:30 to 10:00 on the day of departure
Any time changes must be agreed in advance.
Reservation guarantee
Your reservation is binding as soon as you receive our written confirmation, or by e-mail, fax or post. Reservations are only accepted if made in writing and indicating your full postal address and telephone number. After confirmation by the hotel and the transfer of a deposit of at least 100 euros per room, your reservation will be considered binding.
Terms of payment
The payment of the deposit must be sent within 7 days of accepting the booking by bank transfer, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard), and must be made before your arrival.
The balance payment can be made in cash for amounts below € 1000, or by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation of the stay in less than 8 days before arrival, or in case of non-cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a sum equal to 60% of the total price of the stay.
